Vice-President, Jeanette Gellard, Director
Passionate about working with established and emerging leaders and innovative organisations, Jeanette Gellard is an engagement specialist, evaluation strategist, facilitator, and coach.
She has over twenty-five years’ experience working with people in rural and regional Australia in numerous roles that have included evaluation, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning and public policy. In 2003 she was recognised for her work in the rural sector by being awarded the Australian Government’s Centenary Medal.
Before establishing Innovative Influences in January 2011, Jeanette was General Manager with the Kangaroo Island Natural Resources Management Board where she provided strategic direction in the development, delivery and evaluation of sustainable agriculture and natural resource management policies and projects on Kangaroo Island.
Jeanette’s initial qualifications in agricultural science and business administration (MBA) have been complemented with further study and training in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, leadership and coaching. These have suited her shift towards a more people-centred practice where she brings a high level of innovation to her approach with her ability to think laterally, explore creative options and develop pragmatic solutions.
